Welcome to the module on food and therapeutic diets. This is definitely one of my favorite topics as it is a consistent driver of both health and disease: It’s one of the most influential choices that we make day in and day out- multiple times a day- that can establish our inner milieu towards balance or imbalance, inflammation or not. It's what we do and do not eat that sends important messages to our body in terms of how it should function. Food is extremely powerful and we can use it therapeutically to help support the body.
