It’s pretty much unanimous - exercise benefits everybody!
What I hope to accomplish in this module is not only to give you the research behind why exercise is particularly good for cognition, but to take it a step further and give you the tools to identify how to incorporate it into your lifestyle. I want you to take what you learn, personalize your intervention and work towards a movement plan that you can execute.
We will also dive into the research behind cognitive exercise and ways that you can incorporate more of this into your lifestyle as well.
